The formulas, with this selection

Implied probability: Negative price: |A| / (|A| + 100). Positive price: 100 / (A + 100).+3500 gives 2.78%
Decimal price: Negative price: 1 + 100 / |A|. Positive price: 1 + A / 100.
Hold and no-vig: Hold is the sum of each side's implied probability, minus 1. No-vig is one side's implied probability divided by that sum.
Change per unit: (m2 - m1) / (t2 - t1), between neighbouring targets on one side.

We do not convert a multiplier into a probability or a price. A standings multiplier is not decimal odds, a probability or an entry payout, so a number like 1 / m would mean nothing here. Compare the shape of a ladder, not its values, against sportsbook prices.
