WHO THIS IS FOR

DraftKings Pick6 API: rows, multipliers and recorded changes

For developers building on DraftKings Pick6 rows and standings multipliers. Not for sportsbook odds, a complete live board or alerts where minutes matter.

Editorial review: · Not a live coverage report

Who this is for

Developers, analysts and coding agents who need DraftKings Pick6 market rows with the original selections, the standings multiplier on each selection, and a record of what changed. Operated by DD Inc., an independent service not affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings.

  • Pick6 research tools and dashboards that must not confuse a multiplier with odds.
  • Change tracking on target values, multipliers and availability, read from a cursor.
  • Prop models that join Pick6 rows to box scores, on a short recorded window.

Not for

If one of these is your job, this page will save you an integration. Each item says where to look instead.

  • DraftKings sportsbook player prop odds. A multiplier is not an American price. Read the sportsbook decision page.
  • A complete live Pick6 board. Coverage is selected sport and category captures, so a missing row does not mean the offer is gone.
  • Line alerts where minutes matter. Collection is a target of five minutes when enabled, and there is no latency commitment.
  • Comparing DraftKings to other books. This API has one venue. See when to choose us.
  • Multi-season backtests. Recording began around 2026-11-03.
  • Placing entries, or republishing rows. There is no wagering here, and a key is not a redistribution license.

Try it without a key

/api/v1/demo/pick6 and /api/v1/demo/dfs need no key and spend no quota. They return invented rows labeled sample: true in the real response shape, from a static fixture. A row can be two-sided, one-sided, paused or stale, and the sample shows each case.

No key needed

With a free key: stored rows, then recorded changes
curl --fail-with-body "https://draftkingsapi.com/api/v1/pick6/projections?sport=NFL&limit=5" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $DRAFTKINGS_API_KEY"

Exact semantics

Pick6 rows carry standings multipliers such as 1.5x. A standings multiplier is not decimal odds, a probability or an established entry payout. These are the rules that keep a Pick6 integration honest.

Field or caseWhat it means
pick_group_id, pickable_id, pickable_market_idTogether they identify a row. A row is a market on one target, not a unique player.
selections[].standings_multiplierThe value on that selection. Not decimal odds, a probability or an established entry payout.
A single selectionOne-sided as observed. The opposite side is not filled in.
is_paused: trueSelections stay readable. The row must not be treated as selectable.
stale: trueMore than 15 minutes without a fresh observation. Retained data, not a current offer.
source_updated_at: nullThe venue clock is unknown. Use observed_at as a capture clock, never as the offer clock.
A row that disappearsNot settlement. Captures are partial.

Coverage and freshness

Collection reads selected sport and category pages in rotation, with a five-minute target when enabled. Rows go stale after 900 seconds. Older rows can be retained. We do not print counts here because they change. Status and the coverage report show what is stored, by sport and stat, with dates, and reliability shows what was measured.

Recording began around 2026-11-03. Retained history is short, and it is not a complete opening-to-close archive. It does not contain seasons of past lines, and there is no public graded-results endpoint.

Read the freshness guide before you show a row to anyone as current.

Delivery and what it costs

Pick6 changes: Developer and Production include the resumable stream, and Production also includes signed webhooks. Native sportsbook scopes: paid plans can use a server-side WebSocket at /api/v1/sportsbook/ws. ESPN-attributed sportsbook rows and DFS rows have no push delivery.

One Pick6 stream connection costs one request and lasts at most 55 seconds, then you reconnect. Held open around the clock that is about 1,570 requests a day, so one continuous stream uses Developer's 10,000 requests in about 6 days and most of Production's 50,000 in a month.

Pricing has the full table. Polling /api/v1/pick6/history with a cursor on a schedule is often cheaper than a stream on the Developer plan.

When another provider fits better

Statements about other companies are paraphrased from their public pages as they read on 2026-11-03, and may have changed. They are the vendors' claims. We have not measured them. This site is not affiliated with any company named here. Several providers list Pick6. Test them on the same market as this API.

  • OpticOdds lists DraftKings Pick 2, Pick 3, Pick 6 and Pick 6 Multipliers as separate sportsbook IDs source, inside a feed of 100+ sportsbooks source. Choose it when Pick6 is one input to a multi-book system.
  • The Odds API lists a pick6 bookmaker key in its US DFS region, and says DFS odds are indicative because they vary with user selections source.
  • ParlayAPI documents pick6 as a bookmaker key, including streams for selected NFL prop markets source. Consider it if push speed is the first requirement.

Questions

Is this the official DraftKings Pick6 API?

No. This is an independent service operated by DD Inc., not affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings. We do not know of a public official developer API for this data.

Are Pick6 multipliers the same as odds?

No. A standings multiplier is not decimal odds, a probability or an established entry payout. Keep it in its own field and never convert it to a price.

Does the API cover every Pick6 market?

No. Coverage is selected sport and category captures, and row counts are not unique players or a complete board. The status page and coverage report show what is stored, with dates.

How fresh are Pick6 rows?

The collection target is five minutes when enabled, and rows report stale after 15 minutes without a fresh observation. Those are targets and rules, not a latency commitment.
