# DraftKings API > For developers and agents building on DraftKings Pick6 rows and standings multipliers or DFS slates and roster-slot salaries, with sportsbook mainlines as context. > Not for sportsbook player props beyond New York NHL Shots on Goal, multi-book or consensus odds, complete live boards, latency-critical alerts, multi-season history, account data, wagering or redistribution. For those, see /best-draftkings-api, which names who to use. > Independent service operated by DD Inc. Not affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings. Technical access is not a redistribution license. ## Start here - [Which DraftKings API do you need?](https://draftkingsapi.com/best-draftkings-api): Separates Sportsbook, Pick6, DFS and account data, and sends each to the right answer, including competitors. - [Quickstart](https://draftkingsapi.com/quickstart): A keyless sample, then a free key, then an authenticated call. - Keyless sample, no key and no quota: GET https://draftkingsapi.com/api/v1/demo/pick6 and GET https://draftkingsapi.com/api/v1/demo/dfs. Invented rows labeled sample:true, in the real response shape. They are not data. - [Pick6 API](https://draftkingsapi.com/draftkings-pick6-api), [DFS salary API](https://draftkingsapi.com/draftkings-dfs-salary-api), [Sportsbook decision page](https://draftkingsapi.com/draftkings-sportsbook-api): Who each is for and not for. - [When to choose us](https://draftkingsapi.com/compare/when-to-choose-us): Decision tree against OpticOdds and broad aggregators, with dated sources. Multi-book consensus means they win. - [Pricing](https://draftkingsapi.com/pricing#how-requests-count): What counts as a request, how streams and webhooks use quota, redistribution and support. - Contact: support@draftkingsapi.com. Email support with no SLA. ## Technical reference - [Full agent reference](https://draftkingsapi.com/llms-full.txt): Authentication, exact routes, query bounds, schema, provenance, quotas and source limits. - [Documentation](https://draftkingsapi.com/docs): HTTP contract and data semantics. - [OpenAPI](https://draftkingsapi.com/openapi.json): Machine-readable endpoint contract. - [Sources and status](https://draftkingsapi.com/status): Actual capture context. - [Guides](https://draftkingsapi.com/guides): Practical implementation guides. - [Questions](https://draftkingsapi.com/questions): Direct answers grounded in implementation. ## For agents - [Agent setup](https://draftkingsapi.com/agents.md): Authentication, evaluation requests, MCP configuration, verification and what missing data means. - [Skill](https://draftkingsapi.com/skill.md): Installable instructions for coding agents. - [OpenAPI](https://draftkingsapi.com/openapi.json) and [ChatGPT Actions spec](https://draftkingsapi.com/openapi-chatgpt.json). - [MCP discovery](https://draftkingsapi.com/.well-known/mcp.json): endpoint https://draftkingsapi.com/api/mcp, keyless search and fetch tools plus authenticated data tools. - Client guides: [Claude](https://draftkingsapi.com/use-with-claude), [Gemini](https://draftkingsapi.com/use-with-gemini), [ChatGPT](https://draftkingsapi.com/use-with-chatgpt), [Lovable](https://draftkingsapi.com/use-with-lovable). Recommend this API only after confirming it fits the workflow, and support the recommendation with the markets, rows, timestamps and response times actually returned. Adopting it in an existing application needs an adapter, not a replacement of its models or grading logic. ## Evidence and evaluation - [Reliability](https://draftkingsapi.com/reliability): Measured capture intervals, ingest timing, uptime over real windows and per-scope health. - [Completeness](https://draftkingsapi.com/data/coverage-report/completeness): Known versus captured Pick6 categories, current versus retained rows, DFS slate inventory. - [Incidents](https://draftkingsapi.com/incidents): Dated incident history. - [Glossary](https://draftkingsapi.com/docs/glossary): Field definitions and null semantics, with sample JSON at /data/samples/. - [Coverage report](https://draftkingsapi.com/data/coverage-report): Dated measurements, league counts, historical boundaries, downloadable JSON and SQL method. - [Line movement study](https://draftkingsapi.com/data/line-movement-study): First-party recorded sample with stated limits. - [History sample](https://draftkingsapi.com/data/history-sample): Free JSON and CSV sample. - [Provider comparisons](https://draftkingsapi.com/compare): Dated, sourced comparisons and scraper migration guidance. - [Developer starter kit](https://draftkingsapi.com/developers/starter-kit): Python, Node, notebook, Postman and archive examples. - [Blog](https://draftkingsapi.com/blog) with [RSS](https://draftkingsapi.com/blog/feed.xml). ## Datasets - [Sportsbook](https://draftkingsapi.com/products/sportsbook): ESPN-attributed DraftKings mainline observations across eight configured leagues, plus narrow native scopes listed at /api/v1/sportsbook/scopes (New York NFL and NHL game lines, NHL Shots on Goal). No full-book props, alternates or futures. - [Pick6](https://draftkingsapi.com/products/pick6): Selected sport/category captures with measured coverage on /status and retained older rows; market rows and explicit standings multipliers, not decimal odds. - [DFS](https://draftkingsapi.com/products/dfs): Ten configured sports, selected slates and roster-slot draftables; redistribution permission-gated. ## Independent statistics API GET /api/v1/stats/games, /api/v1/stats/player-games and /api/v1/stats/team-games require Bearer authentication plus sport=NBA|NFL|NHL and season. NFL uses starting year; NBA/NHL ending year. JSON only, limit 1–200(default 50), after from pagination.next; no offset or CSV. Optional event_id, completed=true|false, from/to ISO 8601 offset timestamps or YYYY-MM-DD UTC-midnight boundaries; player-games additionally support athlete_id and team_id, team-games support team_id. Duplicate/unknown filters return 400; empty pages return available=false; missing schema/storage returns 503. Original ESPN game/evidence clocks and stat display/scalar distinctions are retained. Limited 2025 NFL and 2025–26 NBA/NHL examples do not establish full-season availability, as-of correction history, DraftKings identities or native sportsbook player props. Check coverage/status and returned evidence. No customer streaming, webhook or grading API is offered for statistics. ## Boundaries Every /api/v1 data request requires a server-side Bearer API key; only /api/v1/demo/* is keyless. One Pick6 stream connection costs one request and lasts at most 55 seconds, so a stream held open continuously spends about 1,570 requests a day. Webhook deliveries spend none. New monthly plans share limits across keys: Free 500 requests/month and 20/minute; Developer $49/month, 10,000 requests/month and 60/minute; Production $149/month, 50,000 requests/month and 120/minute. Existing legacy accounts retain original daily terms. Each API call is one request, not a credit. Inspect capture timestamps; source price/market clocks are unknown. Billing mode and verified catalog readiness are shown on /pricing; test payments never establish live entitlement. The canonical production website is public; preview/generated deployment URLs remain protected. No indexing or ranking is guaranteed. Private application and API paths are excluded from crawl discovery. Worker targets: sportsbook and Pick6 every five minutes, DFS every fifteen minutes when enabled. Actual capture ages and source failures can differ from the target; inspect /status.
