An API key gives technical access and does not grant a redistribution license. Sportsbook provenance marks rights as unverified, and DFS rows carry a rights status. Before you publish or resell rows, resolve the rights with the relevant holders and get your own legal advice.

Sportsbook rows include provenance.rights_reference. DFS rows include rights_status, source_url and caveats. Keep those with any copy you store, so a later review can see what you received and under which caveat.

Why can a DFS request return 403?DFS is an authenticated beta on the canonical host. Outside it, or when permission is withheld, the route returns 403. Do not bypass it.
