Four separate resources
/api/v1/dfs/sports, /contests, /slates and /players expose captured sport catalog, contest, draft-group and draftable records. Contests, slates and players accept sport and slate_id filters. The sports catalog accepts pagination only.
Ten configured sports, selected slates
The collector supports NBA, NFL, NHL, CFB, CBB, SOC, MMA, GOLF, TEN and LOL. A full sweep shares up to 20 draft-group requests across actual captured catalogs, giving each available sport a turn before extra slots and rotating groups fairly. This does not promise all slates, every athlete or open contest availability.
Find the slate, then read salaries
Read /api/v1/dfs/slates?sport=NBA, choose an observed draft group and request /api/v1/dfs/players?sport=NBA&slate_id=YOUR_SLATE_ID. Replace the placeholder with a returned numeric DraftGroupId. Collection is limited to selected draft groups, not every available slate.

Each row wraps the source record under data, next to id, sport, slate_id, observed_at and capture evidence. data.draftableId identifies a roster-slot record. One athlete can appear in several slots, so deduplicating by athlete alone discards valid salary choices. Use data.playerId or data.playerDkId when you need the athlete, and check fields per sport rather than assuming one player schema.

Rights and meaning
DFS beta access is explicitly enabled on the canonical host and requires a customer API key. Technical access is not a redistribution license. Salary and source FPPG describe DFS roster data, not implied probability or a sportsbook line. A 403 is a real boundary, not an instruction to bypass protection.

Why does one player appear several times in a slate?
A draftable is a roster-slot record. Showdown and multi-position formats give one athlete several draftables at different salaries. Keep draftableId, and group by playerId only for athlete-level views.
Are all DraftKings DFS slates available?
No. Collection covers selected draft groups across ten configured sports. Read the slates endpoint for what was actually captured.
Is salary a line or a price?
No. Salary is a DFS roster cost. It does not imply a probability, and it is not comparable to a sportsbook price or a Pick6 target.

Why can a DFS request return 403?DFS is an authenticated beta on the canonical host. Outside it, or when permission is withheld, the route returns 403. Do not bypass it.
