Which plans include the Pick6 change stream?
Developer at $49 and Production at $149 include the resumable Pick6 change stream on monthly plans. Free and legacy plans do not. Start with a snapshot, connect with its cursor and reconnect from the last event ID. Each connection lasts up to 55 seconds and costs one request.

Status codes to handle
A connection without a baseline returns 428, unless you explicitly send start=latest. A cursor that was purged returns 410, so take a new snapshot. A cursor ahead of retained changes returns 409. A snapshot over 10,000 rows or 2 MB returns 413, so add a sport filter. The stream itself is not sport-filtered, so apply your sport filter on the client.
